Présentation de Mr Ascofi
C'est un vrai plaisir que j'ai ressenti en écoutant les morceaux de Mr Ascofi alias John Blacksad. Enfin du bon rap français qui sort des sentiers battus. L’écriture est soignée, cinématographique et humoristique. Le flow est métronimique, et les instrumentales originales. En cette période rapologique de vaches maigres, des artiste comme Mr Ascofi prennent toute leur dimension, une bouffée d’air frais…

Bio
Electron libre en marge de la scène hip hop, va savoir quel virus m’habite. Je me mets a l’écriture comme si le besoin s’en faisait sentir, au même moment je rencontre Damdam courant 2002, qui vient juste d’acquérir une MPC2000XL après avoir été laissé pour mort au camp de Crystal Lake dans l’Illinois. C’est de là que commence l’histoire …
Après quelques années passées à élaborer des prototypes en tout genre, on se jette à l’eau en septembre 2007 avec la sortie du maxi « Novanagram » qui annonce la sortie d’un album solo qui devrait voir le jour d’ici début 2009…
